Franklin County Youth Football is an independent non-profit organization that is dedicated to serving the youth of Frankfort and Franklin County, KY.  In cooperation with Franklin county High School and Elkhorn Middle School, the organization provides an opportunity for children between the ages of 5-11 to participate in an organized, well managed, championship youth football program.  The goal of FCYF is not only to provide high level instruction on the basic fundamentals of football, but to develop our players into outstanding members of the community.  We do this by incorporating our four "Core Values" into everything we do.  Honor, Integrity, Faith and Pride form the foundation of our organization. We demand the highest standard of character in not only our players, but our coaches and representatives as well.  Each coach and representative in our organization must pass our stringent background investigation that was developed to resemble that of the Franklin County School System.  In addition, our coaches are approved and mentored by our Board of Directors.  If selected, a coach is required to participate in mandatory certification/training curriculum as set forth by the Board of Directors.  This certification/training includes but is not limited to "Heads Up" Certification from USA Football, Concussion Clinic, Heat/Cold Stress training and select football coaching clinics.  We truly believe that with our leadership and mentoring program, FCYF will produce student athletes that will elevate the standard of performance four young athletes from Frankfort and Franklin County.
